Tournament Terms & Conditions
  1. All qualifying and satellite tournaments will yield cash prizes in accordance with Pacific Poker’s standard Multi-table tournament payout structure.
  2. Pacific Poker reserves the right to discontinue this promotion without prior notification.
  3. All Pacific Poker standard terms and conditions apply.
  4. All decisions made by Pacific Poker are final.
  5. Winners of each tournament will be awarded the status upgrade within 48 hours of the qualifying tournament ending, and will remain on that status until July 31, 2009.
  6. Changes will be made to monthly statuses won based upon member activity (promotion, retention or demotion) on July 31, 2009.
  7. VIP statuses won are valid until June 30 2010.
  8. In the event that the winner of a status qualifying tournament is not deemed eligible for the status level upgrade, the runner up will be contacted and offered the prize and so on.
  9. Statuses may not be sold, transferred, traded or exchanged. They have no monetary or market value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. No deals can be made in the satellites or qualifying tournaments.
  11. Pacific Poker will not entertain/honour any arguments when the member claims that a deal was brokered with the winner.
  12. Pacific Poker reserves the right to use participating members’ name and likeness without compensation.
  13. By participating in this promotion, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth here.
  14. Any fraudulent activity will result in participants losing their status and their account being closed.
  15. In the case of discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and those in any other language, the English Terms and Conditions set forth here will apply.
