3. Aussie Millions Qualifiers events are open to players over the age of 18 only.
4. Pacific Poker reserves the right to discontinue this offer without prior notification.

7. Any fraudulent activity will result in winner(s) being stripped of their prize and additional actions being taken by Pacific Poker Fraud Department up to and including the termination of the member’s account with Pacific Poker.

9. By participating in this event members herby agree to act as ambassadors for Pacific Poker at the 2010 Aussie Millions which includes wearing exclusively throughout the duration of the Aussie Millions event (including the final table) the branded clothing provided by Pacific Poker.
